Seller

The seller is Viktor Kondás / Vibe Coder's Life, a Hungarian sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó). Contact: hello@vibecoderslife.com.

Digital product licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the Playbook toolkit for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may adapt the included materials for your own work and commercial projects.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, copy for another person, or otherwise redistribute the toolkit or any substantial part of it. Sharing or redistributing the files or personal download link terminates your licence.

Price and VAT

The displayed price is the final price and includes any applicable VAT. No VAT is charged because the seller operates under the Hungarian subject-based tax exemption (alanyi adómentes).

Delivery and download links

After successful payment, the toolkit is delivered through a personal download link sent to your purchase email address. The link is for the licensed user only and is valid for 30 days or up to 10 downloads, whichever happens first.

If your link expires, reaches its limit, or does not arrive, email hello@vibecoderslife.com. We can verify the purchase and re-send access. You must not forward or publicly post the link.

Immediate access and withdrawal waiver

The toolkit is digital content supplied without a physical medium. By expressly requesting immediate access during checkout, you consent to performance beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your statutory EU withdrawal right once supply of the digital content begins.

Refunds and support

All sales are final once immediate digital access has been supplied, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded. If the toolkit or download does not work as described, contact hello@vibecoderslife.com. We will take a support-first approach and help restore access or resolve the issue.

No earnings guarantee

The Playbook and toolkit are educational resources. They do not promise or guarantee revenue, profit, marketplace approval, business results, or any other outcome. Your results depend on your decisions, execution, market conditions, and third-party platforms.

Acceptable use and third parties

You are responsible for how you use the materials and for complying with applicable laws, website terms, platform rules, and third-party rights. References to tools or services do not create a warranty that those services will remain available or unchanged.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and digital products are provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
